Let G be a simple graph with vertex set V(G) and edge set E(G). The sum of absolute values of eigen values of adjacency matrix of the graph is known as the energy of graph. Let be the eigen values of adjacency matrix. The sum of the energies of all electrons is equal to the total energy of electron in the given molecule. Ivan Gutman introduced the energy of graph in 1978. In this paper, we introduce minimum efficient Lapalacian dominating energy of a graph. The minimum Laplacian efficient dominating energy of graphs like Star graph , complete graph are computed.
