This study aims to identify and analyze: a) The amount of the Effect of organizational culture on employee performance; b) The amount of the Effect on the performance of employees Work Discipline; c) The amount of the Effect between organizational culture and disciplines together to employee performance Polytechnic “X” Bandung. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is partially used t-test and to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variables is used simultaneously F-test. The sample used in this study were as many as 57 people by using slovin techniques. The collection of data used in this research is literature study, documentation and questionnaires.
