“In order to establish peace, you must have fair justice for everyone”- Al sharpton. Justice is important factor in every organization and all over the world. If any organization did not follow justice that cannot run successfully. These organizations employees will not feel happy. The maximum output will give while employees are happy. The un happy employees will never deliver the maximum output. Considering the above organizational justice is essential one in all organizations. In this study we will discuss why organizational justice is important to every organization and how it improves productivity in the organization.
